If you are arriving outside of Office Hours please confirm our late arrival procedure.
Our powered sites are drive through and not suitable for camper vans that require tent pegging.
Please be aware that Digital TV reception is intermittent and the quality and availability of channels is beyond our control due to our location.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All accommodation at Capital Country Holiday Park is paid for in full at the time of booking. Payment can only be made by Visa Card or MasterCard (may incur a surcharge). We do not accept American Express.
Deposits and Identification
Identification must be available at the time of check-in showing a valid photo ID and a valid Credit Card. Please note that Capital Country Holiday Park may at its discretion require a credit card pre-authorisation of $100 AUD upon check-in to cover any incidental charges. In the event that you do not have a credit card, a cash or Eftpos deposit of $100 AUD will be required.
Credit Card pre-authorisations are a ‘hold’ only on your credit card. No charges will be made unless you depart the Capital Country Holiday Park without finalising your account and or in the event that you depart and leave your accommodation in an unsatisfactory state.
Eftpos and Cash Deposits are refunded upon check-out in the event that your account and accommodation is in order.
24 hours’ notice must be given prior to the arrival date i.e. by 2.00pm prior to the day of arrival. Cancellation after this time or Non-Arrival will incur the full amount of the total booking charge. If all or part of the booking period is resold, a refund may be granted.
If your booking was paid for by credit card and incurred the above surcharge, only the accommodation component of the charge will be refunded. The credit card surcharge fee will not be refunded.
Guests are advised to consider Travel Insurance to cover unforeseen changes, events or natural disasters.
Group Booking Requirements
Each Group Booking is tailored to the needs and requirements of the Group at the time of booking. Specific terms and conditions are arranged with the Group Reservations Manager and the Group's nominated contact person during the quoting and booking process. We aim to maintain a safe and secure system of handling your personal individual information, whilst still providing access to your personal information when required. For this reason, we ensure that your personal information is handled in strict compliance with the Commonwealth Government’s National Privacy Principles, which were passed on 21 December 2001. These principles deal generally with our collection, use and disclosure of, and your access to information we may have recorded about you.
1. Collection of our your information
We only collect personal information that is necessary for us to carry out our business functions. What information we collect depends upon the nature of our dealings with you, and usually in relation to the fees and/or accommodation and/or services provided to you by us. We normally collect directly from you any information we have about you. Occasionally, we may receive information about you from third parties, but if we are to use such information for any reason, we will let you know shortly after we receive it.
2. Use and Disclosure of your Information
We will only use your personal information for the reasons we collect it. Unless we have first obtained your consent, these reasons and the parties to whom we might disclose it will be reasonably apparent to you when we collect your information and our use and disclosure of that information will only be for our business activities. Any other disclosure we make of your personal information will be only required by law or permitted by the Privacy Act 1988.
3. Data Quality and Security
We will take all reasonable steps to:
Make sure that the personal information we collect, use or disclose is accurate, complete and up to date,
Protect the information from misuse, loss or unauthorised access, modification or disclosure both physically and through computer security methods,
Destroy and permanently de-identify the information if it is no longer needed for any purpose.
